Singo is an elf from Elfwood. As his name suggests, he enjoys singing, which is something that all elves do, though he's especially fond of it.
He is one of the two elves that Elfo addresses when he expresses his discontent with their lifestyle. Singo tries to justify it because of how they sing, but Elfo retorts that singing while you work is "mental illness".
